I have stayed multiple times at this hotel all on business. Needless to say I continue returning as this is an excellent value. It has many of the key things I am looking for on a business trip. Good clean room access to the internet close proximity to the airport and the room is quiet. I have stayed mostly one night but have stayed on a 6 day jaunt as well. In each case the conditions were very good. Wireless access is superb. The bathroom is roomy with enough amenities and plenty of cleanliness. I especially like the lack of a bedspread as the germophobia in me does not miss it one bit. The morning breakfast is just outstanding with eggs bacon/sausage yogurt fruit all readily available. You are also near multiple eating establishments from fast food to diners as well as a supermarket.

Great experience. Hotel employees extremely friendly and helpful, room was very comfortable, breakfast at a Holiday Inn Express is always a nice benefit. Employee saw me struggling to clear half a foot of snow off my car and came out to help. Thank you Holiday Inn Express...will stay again if I am in the area.

As I checked into this hotel, I was met by a very nice and efficient clerk that breezed through the paper process. I thought great!! I was told that for my early departure in the morning there would be hot coffee and muffins out around 5:15...perfect! Well , the room, although looking just like most of the fabulous HI Express I have stayed in...it was NOT the same....Thin, cheap bedding, and a Mattress that made me feel I was sleeping on concrete! The pillows, were terrible...way too lumpy, cheap. At least the room looked clean. The romote didn't work to turn the TV on, but it did change the channels , slowly. On to the noise level....Being right off the elevator, I expected some....however, I could easily hear TVs on, and people talking in the next room! It was quieter after 11 though. I get up the next morning after tossing all night, get downstairs....No hot coffee. The girl at the desk looked at me like I was nuts when I asked if they might have some....They come in to do this around 6..There might be a little left over from yesterday.....Gee thanks, I was told it would be available at 5:15...and it was nice to look forward to. Thanks alot! I would have made the bad coffee in my room! The only good thing about this new (??) HI is that you will be at the airport in 5 minutes... I wish I had stayed home and saved my $* !!

I have stayed several times a various Holiday Inn Express facilities, and I have to say, they are my favorite moderate-price hotels for business travel. I have found the staff, particularly in the Syracuse hotel, to be extremely friendly and helpful, even in the early morning hours, and very pro-active. The rooms are always very clean, comfortable and appointed nicely. As a single female who travels frequently on business, I appreciate staying at a facility that I feel safe in. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any short-stay traveler in the Syracuse area - it is very convenient to the airport, local shopping and freeways.

All was ""spot on"" at the Holiday Inn Express. Their shuttle times are terrific. They are located only a minute or two from the airport. The staff is super friendly and more than accomodating to their guests. The rooms and common areas are very clean. The beds are more firm than I appreciate but pillows and blankets were superb. I will be staying at this hotel each time I return to Syracuse.
