Prior to flying we've stayed at this hotel on several occaisions. It has been adequate for each of those stays. There is no elevator so if you do not want to leave your luggage in your vehicle or allow the staff to store it for you make sure you request a room on the 1st level. The stairs are a bit difficult to manage with luggage in tow. I usually reserve this hotel as soon as I book my flights to ensure I can get a 1st floor room. We also like the fact that they offer a park and fly option. For us it's great since this means we will be shuttled right to our departing airline check in area. Upon returning a simple call back to the hotel from inside the airport and the shuttle will arrive in 10-15 minutes. The rooms are average for this type of hotel and the beds are comfortable. We could barely hear the planes and had to really listen for them to hear them. Our stay in July was the most disappointing we've had and had we not had better previous stays we would more than likely not return. Upon check in we had been given adjoining rooms with my sons as requested. When they went to their room it had not been cleaned and the bed had previously been slept in. Since it was after 6pm there was no maid service so they had to be moved to another area of the hotel. We no longer had adjoining rooms. Ignore any complaints regarding the food here. They now offer an outstanding complimentary breakfast in the morning with many choices. The food in the dining room has always been very good as well. We will return in the future.

Location makes up for what this hotel lacks to meet a business travelers needs. The rooms were not as clean as the typical big name hotels (Marriott, Hilton, etc), but they were certainly adequate. There was not a lift/elevator for the second floor and the air travel due to the location was quiet loud. I stayed when the pool was not open but my room over looked the snow covered pool area. The wireless did not work the first time I stayed but was running the last time I was there.
